Calling all entrepreneurs and industry professionals to one of my favorite networking events - First Thursdays at @techtowndetroit 💚💰 TechTown has been a pivotal organization in adding structure to @hazelnut.helpers.art.cart, meeting helpful connections, and attending educational workshops. If you have a business, I highly recommend coming to this event. I also recommend making a magnet 😏😏
Let’s see some business logos being sculpted! Networking events can sometimes be awkward, but Hazelnut Helper’s Art Cart is a perfect addition as an ice breaker. People sit down, sculpt clay, and chat with strangers at their table about what they’re making and why. It’s a relaxing, hands-on activity, and I’m always there telling you you’re doing a great job. 😇
Hazelnut Helper’s Art Cart is a pop-up art studio where you can make your own unique magnet out of polymer clay with the help of a friendly art teacher (me, Haley!). The cost is $18 (cash, card, Venmo, or Cash App). After you finish your design, I bake, glue, and bag your magnet on-site, and it will be ready for pickup 30 minutes after. No prior experience is needed, just a willingness to try. I will be around to help you. 😊
Free admission, and most importantly FREE FOOD!! Yes they always have free food sourced from local businesses! 🥳❤️
