The best thing you could be doing this Friday evening is coming to @house.alamode at @mjsnorthendicecream to eat ice cream, wiggle around, and make a magnet with @hazelnut.helpers.art.cart 🎨🧲 It’s the most wholesome event of the summer! 🌞✨✨
Hazelnut Helper’s Art Cart is a pop-up art studio where you can make your own unique magnet out of polymer clay with the help of a friendly art teacher (me, Haley!). The cost is $15 / magnet. After you finish your design, I bake, glue, and bag your magnet on-site, and it will be ready for pickup 30 minutes after. No prior experience is needed, just a willingness to try. I will be around to help you. 😊

This and every Sunday throughout the summer, come make a magnet at @easternmarket 🥰 Eastern Market hosts hundreds of local businesses that supply fruits, vegetables, meats, drinks, spices, sauces, fashion, art, flowers, and now… MAGNETS!!! 🧲
I am so grateful, excited, and nervous to be a part of such an ICONIC market and staple in Detroit. ❤️ They are super competitive and selective in choosing vendors (especially material goods) so I’m honored to have made the cut after only one year of business. The Hazelnut Hustle has been noticed, and will only continue to grow with more momentum. 😇
